Reflecting on a Successful 2017

Jan 30, 2018

It was a banner year for American Niagara Hospitality and the city welcoming guests from all over the world. Daughters of the Nile took over the city of Niagara Falls during the summer, bringing in over 1,600 attendees, both ANH properties proud to be their headquarter hotels, while providing exceptional service to the organizers and the attendees. Sheraton At The Falls hosted three of the World Junior Hockey teams who travelled from Europe to play in the tournament. When they weren’t playing hockey, they were enjoying our new HydroSpa massage chairs or eating the seven meals a day we provided them. It was fun and exciting to host celebrities from T-Pain, 50 Cent, Gavin Rossdale from Bush and even Melissa Etheridge.

Our team at both properties are excited to host our groups of all sizes and we go above and beyond to warm the hearts of all of our guests. If you don’t take our word, here are just a few comments from the groups that we hosted this past year:

“I wanted to drop you a quick note to commend you on your wonderful staff. From beginning to end, the planning and execution of our event was an absolute pleasure. They took exception care of us, helped us with every details and made themselves available right through the evening. Plus, they are just truly good people. In fact, each and every person we encountered bent over backwards to be helpful. You have a terrific team and we hope to book this event with you again next year.”

“It was a pleasure working with Dan and Linda over these past several months. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and amenities you extended to me. All of our attendees were please with their room and all that was available under one roof. Your front desk staff were always very pleasant and courteous to me and our attendees.

Thank you for contributing to a great and successful conference. Our attendees left in a happy spirit and that’s a really good feeling.”
