One of Western New York’s leading hospitality companies is seeking a Director of Sales position to oversee the efforts of two branded hotel properties totaling nearly 600 guest rooms.  The position requires a minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience in medium to large properties.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to be the very best at their discipline and always seeking ways to grow the business model through analytical reasoning, verse understanding of the given market and the ability to develop logical and tactical methodology for achieving ongoing growth.  Some additional skills required would be accurate forecasting abilities, a solid understanding of yield management, the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales and convention service professionals and work well and be a leader amongst the company’s team.  Qualified candidates only should submit their resume and salary requirements to careers@AmericanNH.com
